Description

The FANUC M900iA/350-R30iA represents a peak in automation technology from FANUC robotics, evolving from the rugged S-900 line. This industrial robot family, including the M-900iA/350, the long-reach M-900iA/260L, and the powerful M-900iA/600 (with its M-900iA/700 kg option), is a premier heavy payload robot solution. As a 6-axis robot (or six-axis) with electric servo-driven motors, it delivers the performance needed for demanding manufacturing tasks. Its applications are extensive, from material handling, machine loading, and machine unloading to heavy duty spot welding, large sheet or panel handling, glass handling, casting operations, and material removal. This high-speed robot is also a precision robot, designed with a modular construction. The robotic arm features a slim arm profile and small footprint to save space. It boasts “best in class” high moment and high inertia capabilities at the wrist , which is rated at IP67, while the rest of the body is IP54 with an optional IP66 package. Mounting is flexible, with floor, ceiling mount, invert mount, wall mount, and angle mount options available for the /350 and /260L models. Control is enhanced with software for machine vision and the user-friendly iPendant, a colour teach pendant. The entire design is focused on achieving a fast cycle time and high throughput for modern production needs.
